I resonate so much with these thoughts on time. The range of the micro perspective of a rose unfolding to the macro view of tectonic plates grinding away for eons speaks to me. Reflecting on time really is reflecting on how my life fits into a whole.
I too have experienced the ease of being in the flow of time. I become better at taking responsibility for how I spend my time. I come to recognize sooner when I am trying to force time to meet a concept that I have without listening to what the moment is calling for. And rather than judging myself harshly for yet again missing an opportunity to be alignment with time, I am better able to simply regroup to listen to the cues that time is providing for me right now. Right now, right now, right now. Again and again and again. Moment by moment by moment.
I am delighted that you, Josie, have shared this post on time and I look forward to future essays on the subject!
I ĺike how you speak abour regrouping and listening to the clues time is giving you, Connie. It is such a fascinating process, being conscious of oyr relationship with time.
